1. What cookies are

2. Strictly necessary storage
PHPSESSID: used only when a session is needed, such as admin login. Duration: session or server configuration.
platon_lang: remembers the selected site language when you choose one. Duration: up to 12 months.
platon_cookie_consent in localStorage: remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics cookies. Duration: until you clear site data.
3. Optional analytics storage
platon_visitor: a first-party visitor id used only after you accept analytics cookies. Duration: up to 12 months.
platon_session_id in sessionStorage: a temporary session id used for aggregated analytics after consent. Duration: browser tab/session.
Analytics events are stored in the site SQLite database and are used to understand page views, engagement, online presence, referrers, devices, and broad usage patterns.
4. No advertising tracking
The codebase does not intentionally use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or third-party analytics such as Google Analytics.
5. How to change your choice
Use the Cookie settings link in the footer to show the cookie notice again.
